The problem
Most B2B companies set a price once and hope. Markets move, competitors move, and the price goes stale. Mondrio is a continuous price optimization platform: it researches, tests and optimizes prices again and again. More at mondrio.io.
What I built
As co-founder and CTO I led the technology from the earliest days. The platform customers use today rests on that foundation.
- AI strategy: I set the AI strategy and laid the technical foundation of the platform.
- AI-native team: I introduced Claude Code to every engineer and defined shared skills and agents to upskill the team.
- Team and delivery: I recruited the engineers and set up the delivery flow: Linear, code reviews, release steps.
- Platform and DevOps: I owned platform DevOps end to end on Google Cloud, with Pulumi (infrastructure as code) and Tailscale (private access).
- Security: I led our SOC 2 Type II certification.
